What is the doffference I. The way the music is played from the iTunes Store and Apple Music. Aren’t they both protected?

Have been using this app for a few years now & throughout that time it has only improved .being able to link your sources & manipulate the audio file for quality or listening experience is the best part of the app. The only thing I could ask for that has been a thought throughout my use of the app is , plus & minus adjustments of the tuning options & EQ. It would make it much easier for incremental adjustments for crisper settings. All in all I’ve always been happy with the app , it has helped tremendously with music playback for sound systems.

You’ll get charge to find out that this doesn’t work with Apple Music and you won’t get your money back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I AM GOING TO CONTACT A LAWYER IF I DO NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. This is ridiculous. Your app is a lie. It doesn’t work with Apple Music, it doesn’t work with Spotify, it doesn’t work with any music app that many people use. I couldn’t find that out until I paid for it. I was excited to find you and did a lifetime subscription thinking it would work and I am now out $21.02 because you’re fraudulent. Give me my money back or you’re going to have a lawsuit and I’m sure I can find more people like me.

I am unable to restore my purchase as it shows no previous purchase were made.I purchased the lifetime pack but cannot restore it on my iPhone 16, please help.

Why didn't the developer let the app update the music files from the iphone's files? It's a long-standing bug that causes your app to be underrated. Let's update! Let's make it the best as it was when it was originally welcomed by users.

it’s called an equalizer FOR A REASON!!! i just sat up here and paid $5 just to not even be able to use my equalizer settings, do not download this app!! it’s a flaunt!!

This company is very very shady. They’re always legitimate for about 8 months and then someone takes over and whatever you bought is now worthless. Don’t give them money. They’re a terrible company that has a okay product that honestly, Apple should just have as an advanced sound option. It’s just a compressor. The eq is there as an option but it’s terrible.

When I use the headphone eq with spital audio head tracking or 3D surround sound, it sounds incredible, but… the audio creeps awkwardly and too close behind my head and too low down to my neck. So with vocals it feels like they’re whispering in my ear and it’s a little too close. That unfortunately makes it hard to enjoy it fully. I wish it was farther away and more natural like how it is on iOS spital audio without the headphone eq on. A couple of them didn’t have it, but seems it to be most of them that have this, issue, I guess you could say. I wish Focal Utopia 2022 didn’t have this problem. And the AirPod pro samples, too (so in general just most of them). In short: I wish the audio landed a little higher above my head like how it is without the eq, because it just goes to low at my neck, yeah. I wish this was fixed 😢 Sorry I said “wish” a lot

Free trial. lol you kidding me? They will charge you a year automatically even if you delete the trial right away. Don’t work with most music apps. Won’t refund my money does not deserve even one star!!!scared to show my reviews? Piece of garbage app it is rip offs

useless, pay for lifetime and every time I lock my phone my music stops playing, I have to open my screen to continue listening to my music, what a frustration.

I am very disappointed in this product, considering how much I’ve enjoyed other Boom products. There is very little improvement in the base, and definitely no increase in sound. My iPad is only a year old or I would think that’s the problem. I have Boom 2 and Boom 3D which are great. I won’t be renewing the subscription.

Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal... Will not work with any of the major streaming services! They don't point out that critical limitation before you buy it for iOS. Only works for stuff like locally stored MP3. Total waste of money. Pretty much a scam in many ways due to the way they advertise it for iOS devices.

This app is a joke. First off it’s all presets and you can’t control the eq yourself. And the presets sound awful. This app is trash!

Good app but crashes too much for a paid service. Also, it’s annoying that the sort by date added doesn’t match tidal. It does what it says it does though.

I get all kinds of charges without ever agreeing to them I have an iPad like I use this if it's the same boom I started using you guys around 2010 along time ago. And you were great back then but now you've learned how to play the game and just rip us off well apples getting sued and I hope it hurts your business too because I'm sick of requesting refunds for this stupid app.

Due to Apple Music Restrictions, you cannot boost the bass. Lame.

There’s a bit of latency, but that’s expected. The interface looks amateur and that’s probably the only turnoff. Make it look nicer 🙂 Assuming this app doesn’t support lossless audio, it’s staying at 3 stars, just so I can pitch music in my car’s Bluetooth.

If you paid someone to make this less user friendly - I don’t believe you could…. Trying to find even your own playlists on tidal is a nightmare I paid for premium & non response 3x attempts to contact customer support

I’ve been using this app for over a year and a few months ago suddenly I was signed out of Google Drive within the app. Ever since then, whenever I try to sign back into Google Drive through this app, I get a sort of message/pop-up that says something along the lines of “this application has been denied/blocked because it has tried to access, sensitive data from google.” I complained about this issue months ago when it first popped up and here we are in October 2024 and I still cannot sync my Google Drive account to this app so it’s basically useless because that’s where I store all my music. Outrageous! I am a lifetime plan member after I had subscribed for an entire year and this is the result smh. $30 or so down the drain! USELESS!! Will update if this ever gets fixed for me.

If it worked with Apple Music like it claims to, I might be able to actually rate it for its performance. However, no. Waste of time.

It's good, but if I try to change something from the music play, it stops (for example, when I try to change the radio, sometimes it suddenly stops and shuts down).

I tried to add the Spotify URL on the app and yet it still didn't work. Also it's not as good as the old version!

1. App doesn’t even try to re-buffer. 2. Instead of re-buffering, it skips to the next stream, which is annoying. Please allow to disable this “feature”. 3. Love the EQ but a volume control would be a great addition. There are times i want to listen to quiet music using my JBL flip, but can’t get the volume down low enough. UPDATE: They've put what were once standard features behind a paywall. I'm done.

The first time it started, it amplified my Bluetooth output to Pandora. Then the second time no option to amplify Bluetooth connection if Pandora is chosen. No Pandora anywhere. Stay away from this product, it’s a scam.

When you search for artists, it will come with the artist (sometime) and then when you click on this artist, the app presents you with a randomized list of the artists song. When using the sorting functions, the sorting is poor to non-existent. I would like to explore more through the app but the UI doesn’t allow for much options to freely browse.

Don't waste your money. This app is worthless. Nothing works through any music apps. Tidal is going away. Such a waste of time and money.

After I updated my phone boom keeps crashing. I bought the lifetime service. all my other audio apps work. I hate Apple Music that’s why I purchased this app. Please update and fix.

For this to be useful, other artifacts at track boundaries should not be severed either. The absence of gapless playback is a source of annoyance to listeners of music where tracks are meant to segue into each other.
