Boom: Bass Booster & Equalizer App Reviews

Brilliant.

Should be part of standard software. Genius.

More Compatible

If this app could work with Spotify I would love it more

Great effects!

Presets really works but you will notice it if youre using an earphone or wireless speaker, and you can also manually set the equalizer and save your setting as a preset. To get rid of the ads, buy the app for $3.

nice

its great sound!

Terrible - unless Im using wrong

Zero stars. "Boom effects cannot be applied because song is DRM protected." This is the message I get on every song I tried. Songs purchased from iTunes and songs I had purchased from a store bought CD. If Im not using the app correctly, please let me know, and Ill happily revise my review. Otherwise, this app is simply worthless.

Nice Boom!

I really do like Boom, But! I found Equalizer Pro has better defined sound with clarity only waiting for them to fix the shuffle on it in a couple of weeks, they said, back to the Boom! it has great sound and a beefy base to it, and you can create the sound the way you want it, still working with it tho to define the the sound the way I like it, oh! So far everything is working really great.

Superb

Auto equalizer selection of Boom is well implemented. It gives an extra dimension to the Bose headsets. Just perfect.

Restore purchase

I had bought the full "boom experience" from the boom store on my other phone but, I tried to restore my purchase to my iPad and it didnt work.

Excellent (So Far)

Seems really good but only have been using for about a week. The interface is smooth and responsive and the sound -when all of the effects are utilized- is incredible. There are no ads which is a huge plus for me as well.

Good sound improvement

I use Boom on several iOS devices and Boom 2 on the Macs and both work well 95% of the time. Do seem to have some issues now and then with no sound but generally it is fixable.

The best

The best player and equalizer!

Boom App

This is an amazing music app due to the effects, it has better effects than most apps. I would recommend this app to other people. A couple things I have a problem with is the effects and the design. Its not a bad thing but I would like to customize my effect or pretty much tuning the effects myself. I would try to make the design look more professional and cool. What I mean by "design" I mean like how it looks, the background, and etc. because to me it looks kind of plain. But its still a fine app and its worth $2.99 in my opinion.

Great

Excellent app. Does exactly what they say. Music is unbelievable.

Excellent Sound

It is an improvement in sound quality from iTunes. iTunes sound good but with the boom app, the audio experience is higher and louder. As mention before, I also wish for better album cover view while scrolling up or down. No album cover if you go up or down too quickly, until you stop. I would highly recommend this app if youre serious about expecting music at a higher level.

Perfect

Its simple, and it works pretty good. Better than any other equalizer on the App Store?

Spotify support

Sound quality is great but Spotify integration needed

Big stereo sound

This app wakes up the crummy stereo in my jeep! Nice big sound!!

Good but needs improvement

The equalizer is fantastic, the only problem is that the album art takes a few seconds to load up when scrolling around in albums. It no big deal if you have a small music library but if you have a large one; it gets extremely annoying especially when youre sliding through your albums quickly. There isnt a slider to where you can quickly jump to an album from A-Z, so navigating through music is not very good on here. Its nice that there is a slider to quickly jump through SONGS from A-Z but there isnt one for the ALBUM category.

The best EQ app

I thing this is most advenced EQ application thank you for create this app

A scam?

Try playing an audio file on a native app or other apps, then play on this app with "3D" or equalizer OFF. Native playback sounds WAY better than Booms player with options turned off. Is boom intentionally reducing parameters setting for audio to sound week & unpleasant until you turn on Booms features? Sure sounds like it.
